This policy explains what information we collect when you use turnkeycleanings.com, request a quote, book a service, or communicate with us; how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices you have. It applies to customers, website visitors, and people who apply to work with us.

1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, service address, billing address.
- Property details: home or facility size, number of rooms, pets, access instructions (gate, lockbox, alarm codes), parking notes, cleaning preferences, and any special instructions you provide.
- Quote and booking details: service type, frequency, add-ons, preferred dates, and messages you send us.
- Payment information: when you pay online, your card or bank details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive a token and the last four digits.
- Applicant information: if you apply to work with us, your name, contact details, work history, availability, resume, and answers to screening questions.
- Communications: emails, texts, calls, reviews, and feedback you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Website usage: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site, collected through Squarespace analytics and cookies.
- Form analytics: our quote form provider records form views and submissions.
Information created during service
- Job records: schedule, checklist results, time on site, notes from the cleaning team.
- Photos: before-and-after photos of the areas cleaned, taken by our team for quality control and dispute resolution. Photos are of property, not people, and are not shared publicly.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare estimates and quotes and to schedule, perform, and follow up on services.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, "on my way" notices, invoices, receipts, and service updates by email and text message.
- To process payments, deposits, and refunds.
- To provide access instructions to the cleaning team assigned to your visit.
- To respond to questions, resolve service or damage concerns, and honor our satisfaction guarantee.
- To ask for feedback and reviews after a completed job.
- To send occasional marketing messages only if you opt in (see Section 5).
- To evaluate applicants and manage our contractor relationships.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and systems, and to comply with law.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Turnkey Cleaners LLC about your quotes, appointments, and invoices (for example, appointment reminders and arrival notices). Message frequency varies by your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing text messages are sent only if you separately opt in (for example, by checking the marketing box on our request form). You can opt out at any time.

- Opting out of texts may mean you do not receive appointment reminders; we will use email instead.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging platform provider to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

We share information only as needed to run the business:

5. Your Choices
- Marketing: opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and of marketing texts by replying STOP.
- Access and correction: you can view and update your contact and property details in the client portal or by contacting us.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your information. We will do so except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, insurance, or legal reasons (generally up to 7 years for financial records).
- Access codes: you may ask us to remove stored gate, lockbox, or alarm codes at any time; we recommend changing codes when you end service.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser; some website features may not work as intended.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example, California) may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before acting on a request.
6. Data Retention
We keep customer records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, legal, and dispute purposes. Job photos are kept for 12 months after the visit unless needed for an open claim. Applicant records are kept for 12 months unless you are engaged to work with us.
7. Security
We use reputable providers (Jobber, Stripe, Squarespace, Google) that maintain industry-standard security, encrypt data in transit, and restrict access. Access codes and property notes are visible only to office staff and the team assigned to your visit. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic sources). We may use Google or Squarespace analytics for this purpose. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking unless we tell you otherwise in an update to this policy.
9. Links to Other Sites
Our website links to third-party sites (payment portal, quote form, review sites, social media). Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
