Turnkey Cleaners LLC is a locally owned cleaning company serving businesses and homes across the greater Phoenix area, from Buckeye to Apache Junction and north Phoenix to Casa Grande. As we grow into residential cleaning, we are adding independent contractors who take pride in detailed, reliable work.
Open roles
- Residential house cleaner: standard, deep, and recurring home cleaning, plus move-in / move-out jobs
- Commercial cleaner / janitorial: offices, retail, and medical suites, mostly evenings and weekends
- Post-construction cleaner: final cleans on new builds and remodels
What we look for
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with prior cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling and job photos
- Able to pass a background check
- Professional, respectful, and comfortable working in clients' homes and businesses
- Availability for daytime residential jobs, evening commercial jobs, or both

Questions about working with Turnkey Cleaners
Is this a W-2 job or contract work?
Our cleaners work with us as independent contractors (1099). You choose the assignments that fit your schedule, and we handle the clients, scheduling, and invoicing.
Do I need experience?
Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most. We provide checklists and guidance for every job type.
What areas do you need cleaners in?
The entire greater Phoenix area: as far west as Buckeye, south to Casa Grande, east to Apache Junction, and north to the TSMC area of north Phoenix. Tell us where you are based and we will match you with nearby jobs.
What hours are available?
Residential jobs are mostly weekdays during the day. Commercial and janitorial jobs are mostly evenings and weekends. Many contractors do a mix of both.
How do I get paid?
